Kaushal Sheth wrote an interesting article about web hosting in which he talks about 3 web hosting companies Yahoo Host: must I really talk about Yahoo ? It is a nice company that serves millions of people world wide. They do have a rather expensive price but you do get what you pay for. Host Gator: Yeah .. they are great with the reseller hosting service , but thats about it. If you are a single user and can’t afford to get the reseller package you won’t be quite satisfied with their services. Host Monster: Hmm well on this one I will have to go with Sheth’s opinion on this one. He did say that his web site has been 100% up and they offer great support. On the plus side their prices are really CHEAP so by far best of the mentioned three. One company that I do not recommend is DreamHost. Why ? We all know that categories are a must in wordpress, in fact they are very important in every CMS, its what keeps your content together, and what unites your blog / website . But for those who don’t write about something specific or just like to have a HUGE list of categories for little content I have developed a nice select drop down box that will show your categories in a nice drop down box. JavaScript is used to change the category instead of pressing the submit button.
